With over two decades of experience in hospitality and a deep personal connection to the disability sector, Carmela brings both heart and hands-on knowledge to everything she does. From launching social skills programs to creating a fully inclusive kitchen and espresso bar, she’s redefining what support can look like—real, meaningful, and full of community spirit.
